Product Description

DampGuard is a silane-siloxane, organic base solvent that serves as a high quality generalpurpose water repellent waterproofing for impregnating and priming mineral and high alkalinesubstrates.

DampGuard comes in 25L and 5L containers. Application is very easy, no paint on with brushes orrollers. Just use an insecticide spray bottle for a double coat application, which makes it very costeffective.

A 25L container gives an approximate150m2 coverage.

A 5L container gives an approximate 30m2 coverage.

Application may give rise to white spots, just clean with a brush and water.

Product Features

Siloxane is the crystal structure that forms to subtract all the efflorescence and damp in thesubstrate. Siloxane treated surfaces “breath” so they do not trap moisture. Appropriate formanufactured stone surfaces.

Silane is the sealer and creates a barrier to prevent water from seeping through. It is also effective inpreventing corrosion and damage caused by moisture.

DampGuard develops its water-repellent properties by reacting with atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO2). The active substance that forms the alkaline masonry water repellent is polymethyl silicicacid. DampGuard is an aqueous of potassium methyl system and is suitable for imparting waterrepellency to absorbent and porous mineral construction materials.
